This is the first time I have read one of your articles/come across your profile and it’s so ironic. I’m Colombian, living in New York and children are a big question mark for my future. I’m still relatively young, 26. Fortunately I am not bombarded with the kid question at every family party but I do believe there’s an expectation within my Colombian family to have them because I was born a woman. I’m single and don’t have anyone I am currently dating. And seeing the lifestyle that parents have, in my opinion it doesn’t look fun or endearing to me. I may not have kids at all, and that’s perfectly fine.
