Struggling With Sleep is One of My Biggest Battles Yet.

This is the reason why I haven’t been publishing as much lately…

I don’t struggle with insomnia per se.

I’m sure there’s a name for it in the scientific sense, but basically, I’m a very light sleeper, and lately, it’s been the worst it’s ever been.

I’ve struggled to get a good night’s sleep for the past month or so.

For the past month, I also cannot recall one single night where I slept through the night.

Whether it’s my landlord walking around upstairs, the neighbors slamming their car doors, trucks driving by my block, or planes flying above, I hear it all, and it’s starting to drive me a little crazy.

For example, I’m writing this at almost four o’clock in the morning because, yet again, I can’t stay asleep.

I don’t wish this on anyone.

It’s one of the most frustrating things I’ve yet to deal with, and although I hope I will figure this out, dealing with it absolutely sucks.

The lack of sleep is affecting every area of my life.

I have no energy or focus to write, film, or edit (hence why I’ve been publishing less. I also haven’t uploaded a YouTube video in weeks).
