I agree with this because I won't deny that a lot of women (and men) don't practice self-awareness and reflection, and don't know what they really value. I also see a lot of women and men not communicating honestly which means there are a lot of assumptions being made which leads to a lot of misunderstandings.

The truth is nothing out there will work as well as honest communication to sustain a relationship.
