How I Paid Off $20K Of Loans In 2020

It’s definitely possible to pay off your loans early if you create a plan that works with your finances and stick to it.

This is probably one of my biggest accomplishments of 2020, aside from working on my mental health and development. I graduated college with a total of $60K in student loans back in May of 2018 and once I started working it dawned on me that eventually I would need to pay all of this back plus interest. At 22 years old this was quite overwhelming.

Now I do want to clarify a couple of important details about my loans because the truth is not all student loans are the same. All of my student loans are with the department of education. I did not go to loan services like Sallie Mae, or get a private loan from a bank. Essentially this gave me a few benefits.
