Most people don’t actively practice self-awareness or self-reflection.

It’s sad, but it’s true.

I navigated my life in a similar way for a while (twenty-three years), and it took being brutally honest with myself to realize I needed to change that.

As I’ve grown and my mindset and mentality have evolved, I see that a lot of people (probably most) still navigate much of their lives not very aware of why they do what they do.

And it’s unfortunate because self-awareness is a beautiful and extremely helpful life skill.

The main reason I’ve been able to change and progress the way I have these past six years is because I’ve consistently and intentionally practiced self-awareness.

I wish most people did the same because they would realize that a lot of what they struggle with, they already have the power to change it for the better.

Working as a server and bartender, I interact with hundreds of people on a weekly basis.
